Road Closure, New Lenox

New Lenox Police Department would like to advise of a road closure. U.S. Route 30 is closed in both directions between Spencer Road and Schoolhouse Road in New Lenox for approximately the next 15 to 20 minutes. After that time, expect to have only one lane open for the following hour to 1 1/2 hours. This is due to a structure fire in close proximity to the road, as well as a large amount of fire equipment and emergency vehicles in the area.
